I have yet to see a well formed Android question come up in this forum and not be discussed exhaustively by world-class experts. The only thing you don't get here is timely attention. But if you can wait a day or two for a response then this forum is as good as it gets. If you have very little time and a lot of money, then hire a consultant, as other have suggested in this thread.
