I think, we can't stop scrolling. ListView is doing scrolling for us
and we can't stop scrolling. I also tried getScrollY(), but its always
zero.

In my case, I have 3 buttons on top of the screen (like tabs) and
clicking on each button, its showing a list. Moreover, I am using same
adapter for all 3 lists.

I can't use tabs. I want with button itself.
