I don't think the carrier has anything to with it since it's just a
stock phone without a carrier custimzation.

I'm using a Nexus One on Vodafone in the UK (thanks Google-IO) and am
wondering the same thing ... am I going to get Froyo automagically or
do I need to manually update?
