I'm not clear what you mean by "full size". VideoView displays as large as possible without distorting the aspect ratio. For all releases through Cupcake, we assume the display is HVGA. If videois to fill the screen, it must be 1.333 aspect ratio. For CIF or QCIF format, the aspect ratio is 1.222. To maintain correct aspect ratio, there are bars along the sides of the video. If you want any other behavior, you need to write your own version of VideoView.
