- Understand current processes and policies
- Develop plan to roll out refreshed processes and policies within the
solution people
- Understand current program operations roles and responsibilities
- Refine program operations roles and responsibilities
- Process Requirements Definition
- Business/category specific requirements/conditions
- Req-to-Invoice process flows, policies and workflow/business rules for
the Procure-to-Pay process groups: non-catalog, catalog,
invoice-against-contract and services
- Pcard charge reconciliation
- Receiving
- Budget Check
- Spot Buy
- Guided Buying
- Contract Compliance
- Invoice against contract
- Custom reports and dashboard setup requirements within the existing
solution

*Activities may also include the following:*
- Assist Customer with understanding the Ariba Cloud Service capabilities
- Understand the end user business processes
- Understand Customer’s organizational structure
- Participate / help promote Blue Print Workshops
- Serve as knowledge resource to help guide the Customer on how to
implement the Cloud Service within their organization

*Key Deliverables*
- To-be process maps
- Functional design specification, including captured requirements,
business decisions and process flows (We are not filling out the standard
workbooks. Output will be visio diagrams or ppt process maps).
- To-be organizational charts for program operations function
- Define the system responsibilities
