Ideally who can interact with the customer (Application Managers and Technical/ Business experts), build knowledge of application and servers quickly, attend technical discussions/ key meetings with customer and provide solutions. An ideal candidate must have been in a lead role, capable of working independently and provide necessary support to keep applications and servers running, coordinate with other teams and own the resolution.
