Hi all, I'm currently working on an application that needs to detect various types of motion using the accelerometer. I'd like to get readings from the accelerometer on demand, rather than using onSensorChanged() so that I can take samples at a given time interval. Is this possible with the current SDK (1.0 R2)?
It looks like this was available about a year ago when the SDK was in its infancy, but has since been removed. Any help or information regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
