I'm beginner in using Android Studio and the emulator was working fine. Suddenly it doesn't start. I uninstalled Android Studio then re-install it but it still doesn't work. I cant create a new avd . I have error message: mksdcard.exe is missing in the sdk folder although i have installed SDK
