We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Position ID: DYES00012802 Title: Integration Program Manager (Data Analytics & Data warehouse) Location: North Chicago, IL Duration: 6 Months+ Locals Preferred Description: Data and Analytics Analyst - Integration Program Primary Needs: . Position will support the Client BTS Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO) and BTS Integration Management Office (IMO). . This role will work directly with Client Program & Project Management data, in support of our Client/Allergan Integration Program. . Expected contributions and tasks will include: o Evaluating various aspects of PMO Program/Project data, including project health, milestones, and budgets. o Glean overall insights, trends, risks, and highlights from the data. o Assist in analysis of ePMO data to support Executive presentations. o Ongoing collaboration with the ePMO. o Leveraging Clarity PPM (Project Portfolio Management) data to gain insights on both inflight and future Integration projects. o Assist with updates to the CIO Dashboard (currently housed in Qlik, being moved to Power BI). o Provide both SharePoint & Microsoft Teams communications & postings in support of the overall Integration Program. . Using our Program and Project data: o Perform research and analysis on underlying data located in the Data Warehouse. o Using data visualization tools, provide insights and intelligence from data. o Help us focus on data quality improvements by constructing and running queries aimed at locating data quality issues and findings. o Analyzing the data, identify possible quality controls to be integrated into data governance processes. . Will work with a matrixed team of Client staff, working with project sponsors/key stakeholders, team members, and management throughout all phases of project, through completion. . 2 positions are available to be filled. . Contract to run from candidate's start date through December 31, 2021. Qualifications: . Ability to execute on all Primary Needs outlined above. . 7+ years experience working with data housed in a Data Warehouse. . Microsoft Excel proficiency will be needed, preferably advanced. . Microsoft Power BI experience/understanding would be a plus. . PPM Tool experience. (Clarity PPM experience preferred.) . Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills given the high degrees of strategic impact, change, project complexity, and potential senior executive interactions involved with the project. . Must be a highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and be able to work under general supervision. . Able to perform a variety of tasks and be able to adjust to changing priorities. . Ability to collaborate with others to complete assigned tasks. . The individual will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. . A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. . Individual must be able to work full time; will initially work in a remote setting, with transition to on-site in Lake County (J41), at a date to-be-determined. Preferred Qualifications: . Experience with using Clarity PPM. . Experience with using Microsoft Power BI. . Familiarity with Organization Change Management experience/knowledge. . Note: no requirement for PMP certification for this role. . Note: no requirement of Pharma experience for this role.
