Knowledge of CMS compliance guidelines and MSP regulations including claims processing. 2. Ability to identify claim recoveries and reconcile claim refund payments to identified claims. Must maintain 98% accuracy. 3. Data analytic skill and proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with form entry and query use within Microsoft Access. 4. Ideal candidate will have experience in Coordination of Benefits or Claim Recovery for a Medicare Advantage plan. Business Analyst: Current Position Summary: Applies analytical skills and specialized knowledge to identify Medicare Part C/D members with other primary health information and pursue recovery of associated claim overpayments. Utilizing knowledge of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) rules and Part C/D Medicare plan requirements, responsible to establish, update and/or correct Part C/D coordination of benefits (COB) records. Support claim overpayment recovery and reconciliation efforts. With general guidance and coaching, provides analytical support to a specific group of customers on business applications, infrastructure and technology related activities. Acts as a project team member, specifically on requirements definition and testing activities. Provides guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolution. Assists customers on their migration to new or revised products, applications and platforms. Works with application developers and operations personnel to support production applications and customer-specific operations. Significant creativity is required.
