Business development activities as well, like cold calling, reaching out to HR of strategic companies and end customer to generate business etc. Candidate must be very familiar with various terms like Corp-to-Corp, 1099, etc. Candidate must be able to handle initiation and completion of contractual procedures with candidates including their background verification, RTR, etc. Desired Skills & Experience: Should have Minimum 2+ years of US recruitment experience including Resourcing, Bench sales, Business Development. Good understanding of US market. Strong communication and interaction skills required.
