Hi there, I think I'm having an issue with how the MMS/SMS app handles MMS messages. I'd like to start digging into the issue myself, but my question for now is: Who maintains / supports these core Android applications (platform/packages/apps/*)?
I've tried to document the bug as best I can using the Android bug tracker here: http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=1233 Is this the right place for this issue? Seems like most of the issues being reported there relate to the core Android API (as opposed to the core apps that are built around that API). After doing some searching on-line, I know that several other people have been affected by this issue, and the only work around right now is to do 1) do a hard reset and 2) unsubscribe to mobile alerts / MMS's that could cause this issue again (see link above for details). However, I'd like to dig into the root of the issue, but was wondering if there were any other forums or parties where this could be reported (I was browsing through the code on gitweb and saw "Esmertec AG" as one of the authors in the code?)
