i have a scroll view which has lots of goodies in it, one of which is
a map view. i'm noticing that if i enable clicks on the map view,
then horizontal drags act like you'd expect, but vertical ones scroll
the scroll view instead. is there a way of getting the scroll view to
defer touch behaviour to child views that have click/touch listeners
enabled?
