*JOB SUMMARY:*



This position is responsible for the management and maintenance of the
Customer Center telephony and network infrastructure.  This includes the
following technologies:

   - Cisco UCM (including Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Voice Mail, Cisco
   telephones and Cisco LAN/WAN switches and gateways)
   - Cisco IP Contact Center (UCXX) (including Cisco CAD, Cisco Supervisor
   Desktop, and Call Center Reporting)

Duties include managing call distribution routing, skills matrix
maintenance, IVR management, network performance, and reporting.  In
addition, this position has responsibility for Business Continuity –
Disaster Recovery (BC-DR) as it relates to telephony and network. This
includes regular testing of all BC-DR plans and processes.



*QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:*

3-5 years experience in call center/telecom administration with 1-3
hands-on experience.  Knowledge of Cisco Telephony solutions, IP telephony,
and network technologies is required. Cisco certification is preferred.



-          Understand data networking and the infrastructure necessary to
telephony system administration, telephony system operation functions, and
telephony security requirements within an integrated delivery system
information process.

-          Understand monitoring, utilization, capacity planning, and
network management systems.

-          Understand user network access requirements (as pertains to IP
Telephony) and associated transport technologies and services to lead the
requirement definition, development and delivery of secure, high
performance and reliable data network requirements.

-          Some experience in network troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.

-          Understands networking security technologies, systems and
regulations to ensure data confidentiality.

-          Effective documentation skills are required.
