[android-developers] Android Vitals and Stuck Wakelocks

We have an alert / warning about stuck wake locks in the new Vitals section 
of the Play Store Developer Console. The apps that have this alert are all 
audio apps and the offending WakeLock Tag appears to be the AudioMix lock. 
There is a note about apps that may need long-running locks, such as 
streaming music, which leads me to believe this warning can be ignored for 
these particular apps.

I'd like to get some verification on these particular vitals. If these 
alerts for locks such as AudioMix are a normal thing, can they be safely 
ignored? Also how are these vital statistics effecting our Play Store 
rankings, especially if a stuck wake lock for an audio app is considered 
"normal"?

Any information about this is appreciated.

[android-developers] ArrayList[0] through ArrayList[n-1] element being overwritten by ArrayList[n]

Somehow the name in the first ArrayList position (see Line 6) was 
overwritten with that in the second (see Line 13). Can anyone offer a 
reason as to what might be happening?

Refer to LogCat section for the numbers:

- Lines 2 and 3 show that the cursor has accessed the DB.

- Lines 4 thru 9 show that the names are retrieved from the DB and passed 
to ArrayLists.

- Lines 10 through 14 show the petNameList contents (see A) passed to the 
adapter (see B).

- Lines 15 through 18 show petNameList contents passed from MainActivity 
(see C).

- Lines 22 through 27 show that the first position of the ArrayList holds 
"qwerty".

- Lines 31 through 36 show that the second position of the ArrayList holds 
"qwerty".

I will keep experimenting to see if I can find out what happens and post it 
if I find the reason.

If it says it's not compatible, it means they don't support it.
You could probably find older versions of the apps you want on ApkMirror
and similar sites that were compatible. But some will block themselves if
you don't have the latest version, and downloading a mirror apk is at your
own risk anyway.
When an app doesn't support an architecture, it's usually because they use
some library or feature that they can't replicate in the rest of them. So
usually there is not a way to "convert" them. If it were a small company
you could probably use APKTool or some other decompiler, find alternative
libraries and try to generate a new one, but big apps like the one you
mention I'm pretty sure have checks that would block your custom app too.
Next time you buy a phone, I would recommend to check before on Play Store
or Amazon if the apps you want are available.
Anyway, this is a developer's groups and you will perhaps find more help on
a users' forum.
