i paid on NOv 8th and now its 16th so im waiting for 8 days, google wallet is saying my transaction is pending. money in bank is in 'reserved' state and nothing happens. i dont even see the message "Your Registration to Google Play is still being processed.", when i go to console it redirects me to a page where i should pay for another registration
