JD:
* Develop .Net Add-ins Custom Report Enhancements and WPF
* Refactor .NET Add-ins code and migrated source code from SVN to 
Git
* Migrate User authentication from ADFS to OKTA in .Net Excel 
Add-ins application
* Create new SQL tables, views and loaded initial data by 
developing dynamic SQL queries for MDB Project compatible with Liquibase
* Setup "FINCO Orgs" section in the application after analyzed
