*USC/GC* *Location :- Manhattan, NY* *Duration:6 Month Engagement* *Type: Contract* *PRIMARY RESPONSIBILIES & DUTIES:* *• Design CI/CD processes in the context of a Jenkins orchestration, including the usage of automated build, test/QA, and deployment tools* *• Set up and configure jobs by using Jenkins with 3rd party tools and custom scripting* *• Work closely with development teams to integrate their projects into existing and new Jenkins pipelines* *• Gain a deep application-level knowledge of team systems and contribute to their overall design.* *• Be a DevOps champion - work closely with other internal teams to build security, reliability, and efficiency into the development lifecycle* *• Work with a team of peers who are smart, professional, pull their own weight, and share a passion for what they’re creating* *• Dive deep into the software stack to troubleshoot as needed* *• Understand and be able to use the most commonly agreed to best practices in driving the CI/CD process* *• Troubleshoot problems arising from build failures and test failures* *• Other duties as assigned.* *REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:* *Experience and Skills:* *• Must be a Jenkins expert* *• Very strong scripting and automation skills – you believe you can automate everything* *• Strong bash and PowerShell scripting experience preferred* *• Strong Git knowledge, including understanding of best practices* *• A solid Ops foundation - you’re always thinking “What happens if this fails ” when you build things* *• Experience working in an iterative based development environment using Agile/SCRUM or Kanban* *• Excellent verbal and written communication skills* *• Experience working in an Agile environment* *• Strong commitment to department and company goals* *• Demonstrated ability to creatively and proactively solve problems* *• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently* *• Raw enthusiasm and a strong work ethic* *• Proven written and verbal communication skills* *• College degree or equivalent experience required* *• Creativity, flexibility, sense of humor* *Regards,* *Ranjan* Phone: +1 (904) 267-0727 | Fax: +1 (608)646-8326 E-mail: soumya.ran...@nlbservices.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
