The Data Governance Group at BCUS is focused on accountabilities for information-related processes, ensuring that they are executed according to agreed-upon models which describe who can take what actions with what information, when, under what circumstances, and using what methods. This will be achieved primarily through post-project/production oversight and monitoring, stakeholder interaction, and limited project delivery engagement.
