*We do have a position for the Below requirement so please have a look and let me know your interest* *Position : ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> Software Developer* *Duration : 12+ months * *Location: Malden, MA * *Interview: Phone than Face to Face* *Prefer folks that are local to the Boston area (MA, RI, NH, NY, NJ) and can complete Face to Face preferred. * *Job Description: * *Responsibilities* · As a member of the team, you must adhere to the organization’s methodologies and standards, and propose improvements based on software development best practices. · Daily usage of the following tools: Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2017 and Team Foundation Server and SQL Server Management Studio · Participation in full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis and design, working closely with analyst, design and QA personnel · Strong knowledge in 3 tier Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) · Solid experience with client-side JavaScript libraries. · Solid understanding of design patterns · Proactively raise issues and offer solutions. · Participate in daily scrum meeting to discuss current tasks and status. · Submit weekly status reports. *Education and Experience Level* · The ideal candidate can work in all tiers of the architecture · Experience with ASP.NET/VB.Net, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks/libraries, SQL Server and three-tiered applications. · Have experience in all phases of software development – design, development, unit test, QA test support and defect remediation · Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field. · Thorough knowledge of tools and processes used in the Software Development Lifecycle Process. · Proven track record working on large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders and with cross-functional teams. · 10+ years of experience as a full stack ASP.NET/VB.Net software developer. · 10+ years developing three-tiered applications. · 10+ years of experience hands-on knowledge of SQL Server · 5+ years JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g. Angular JS) · Knowledge in OO development principles, multi-tier web application design and relational database principles · 5+ years working with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) · Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies · Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn · Excellent written/verbal communication & documentation skills. · Experience related to K-12 education/curriculum standards would be a plus. · Ability to adjust to changing situations to address emergencies, program changes, or production requirements. · Ability to exercise sound judgment and use discretion in handling confidential information.
