*Job Description:*

The Scrum Master for D is responsible for the successful execution and
delivery of all Agile Scrum project related work for D This role will
span both SAP and Non-SAP project activities. The D Scrum Master may
partner closely with the respective Project Manager (PM)and/or Scrum Master
to ensure project activities are planned, staffed and executed according to
D project methodologies. They will have hands on delivery focused
responsibilities guiding D deployment analysts, designers (both for
Data(Master and ECM) and BI), and developers in the execution and
completion of project activities to meet key milestones, quality and budget
targets. This position will lead partnering and collaboration activities
across D pillars and ensure D Leadership and key stakeholders are
kept informed of project activities and status. For SAP projects, this role
will work with the D SAP Delivery Lead to ensure cross team
collaboration and proactive engagement occurs with the SAP Regional
Deployment and Design/Build/Test teams and operating structures.

* Primary Responsibilities:*
Project Execution:
• Partner with sponsor to create scope, business case, success measures
• Create baseline cost and schedule
• Ensure release plan aligns with business case defined by Product Owner
and Business
• Track benefits realization
• Partner with business to understand impact of scope change on cost and
schedule estimates

Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, demo and sprint retrospectives
• Manage risks and issues
• Coach team on agile methodology
• Coordination with Project Management organizations/teams – both SAP and
Global IT – to ensure alignment across project deliverables.
• On time, on budget for ALL D deliverables
• Ensure all allocated resources have time & tasks allocated in PWA
assigned to them, in partnership with the project PM.
• Ensure project activities are executed and comply with D standards and
methodologies.

Resource Leadership & Work Direction: (This role will provide work
direction and strong influence for resources assigned to respective
projects. It will not have full scale People Management accountabilities)
• Provides coaching and/or training to more junior members on Scrum related
activities and Agile methodology
• Assign daily project work activities
• Hold D project resources accountable for deadlines and work quality
• Champion collaboration and enable delivery in an agile team environment
• Provide inputs to Resource Managers on team member performance
• Escalate gaps in resource needs and skill sets timely & with clarity on
requirements
• Accountable for work execution of team members:
a. Manage work responsibilities for resources assigned to project
b. Evaluate resource levels
c. Ensure delivery of quality of work output by team
d. Set project performance targets and evaluate/enforce performance against
target


*Required Skills:*
• Bachelor's degree or higher or 4+ years of IT Project Delivery / IT Scrum
Master experience.
• Demonstrated ability to be successful in ambiguous environments
• Scrum Master certified
• Strong collaborating and influencing skills
• Results-oriented, self-starter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills



· Provides direction to one section (i.e., comprised of two or more
units, with each unit composed of two or more information technology
specialists &/or analysts, &/or systems programmers, &/or other technical
staff).

· Develops project, system &/or section policies & establishes
systems/programming standards.

· Plans & monitors systems projects & activities which may include
systems integration.

· Assists superiors with long range-planning & budget preparation.

· Evaluates software &/or hardware products for acquisition, &
meets with staff to discuss projects & resolve technical problems.



*Requirements:*

· At least three years of experience in a senior or lead IT role -
providing direction to a team of developers, analysts and/or other IT
professionals.

· Experience developing IT policies and establishing programming
standards.

· Experience leading team activities while employing appropriate
program management and planning principles.

· Knowledge or experience with .Net development, C# and SQL.  This
is not a developer position but the TL2 must have .Net knowledge in order
to assist and guide developers.

· An undergraduate degree in a technical discipline is required
(Information Technologies, Computer Engineering, Systems Administration,
etc)

· Team Foundation Server (TFS) is highly preferred.
