of highly skilled developers to meet the desired goal* – be it new client
implementation or product development.

· Ability to understand and respect the various capabilities within
the team and use strengths based approach to leading the team.

· Ability to astutely operate in the organization and to emphasize
methodology, modeling, and governance.
