Thanks for the info but we're still having the same exact same error
message you had. However, I've done the items you suggested but I get a
message that The repository is not available for the Juno sites. Any
idea why that would be?

Thanks for the reply. I actually submitted this original post quite some
time ago and it just now appeared. I wish I had your answer back then. It
would have made my life a lot easier. I stumbled onto a solution myself
just by trial and error:

I have downloaded the Android SDK v20.0.3 and was going through the process
of downloading and installing the Android ADT Plugin into Eclipse. As per

In the first page of the install wizard, make sure the Contact all update
sites during the install to find required software is checked.
Alternatively, download the Mobile edition which I think has all the WST
components preinstalled.
