The selected solution for this effort is a combination of JIRA (primarily for front-end, business-facing tasks) and TFS/VSTS (for back-end, engineering type tasks). The environment for this solution needs to be setup and cloud, on premises, and hybrid configurations are potential candidates. The resource will be the lead architect on constructing this solution and will be relied upon to provide product expertise and best practices. The resource will also need to provide knowledge transfer to client staff at some point. Project Details: Resource will setup, configure, and integrate the approved solution once it has been approved. See above. Primary Skills Required: Must have expert understanding of JIRA and TFS/VSTS in cloud, on premises, and hybrid settings. Must have exceptional communication skills.
