This position requires good communication skills, and the ability to work closely with a team. Requirements: BA/BS degree in computer science, business management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of process improvement with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience Skills in process improvement, information analysis, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and a proven ability to follow through on complex tasks Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and teamwork skills U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a government security clearance Additional Qualifications: Previous DoD experience CMMI Training Experience helping an organization to obtain and maintain a CMMI Maturity Level 3 rating Primary job duties include: Assist team lead in design, develop, and implementation of process, plan, and procedure documents and templates Assist team lead in development of extensive logical narrative to clearly express methodology concepts, technical specifications, and complex asset content and related items Contribute to work product reuse Help with management of Project Assets Library (PAL) Assist team lead in identification of process weaknesses, and development and implementation of process control improvements to processes, procedures, approaches, and/or techniques, incorporating best practices Aid in the selection of supporting Quality Assurance methodology, tools, processes, procedures, and techniques Assist team lead in interaction with key project stakeholders Aid in identification and development of measures and metrics procedures Work with external CMMI appraisers in collecting and analyzing project assets, preparing the organization for external assessment, and ensuring successful CMMI appraisals.
