Looking for Pega Developer or Admin in Norfolk VA *Title: Pega Developer/Admin* Client: Anthem Duration: 6+ month contract Location: Norfolk VA Interview: Interview will be on Monday/Tuesday (Phone Interview and offer) Visa: No H1 candidates(All other VISA accepted) Our team is called EagleEye, we are focused on Monitoring and Stability for multiple Pega applications within Anthem Contact Centers. We are building a suite of monitoring tools where we can aggregates the data together to create a single dashboard for our app’s ecosystem in order to have a 360 degree end-to-end visibility for Pega and the environment. We are looking for a Pega Admin/Developer that would be able to help understand the information we get form our monitoring tools and identify key areas of improvements within Pega. Then formulate recommend actions and implement them once the team agrees. They will need to have skills like on the fly troubleshooting, know the ends and out of Pega configuration and code, to understand how one piece will affect other pieces within Pega. There will be time they will need to install monitoring tools on Pega servers, or make code changes to the rules in order to enhance our monitoring capabilities. They need to be able to work in a team environment that has multiple personalities and nationalities, be vocal and lead in offering recommendations. Their soft skills needs to be professional and respectful while also driven to complete the work by removing hurtles themselves.
