This person will ensure that a project(s) is successfully completed with excellent quality results, at or under the budgeted hours, and meets the end customer’s requirements as stated in the official contract. Specific requirements are as follows: ∙ Must have PMP (Project Management Professional) certification with a minimum of 10 years post-certification experience ∙ Must be very proficient in the use of Microsoft Project ∙ Must have 10+ years of experience managing complex healthcare projects of at least 6 months duration ∙ Must be familiar with implementations utilizing Oracle databases, Cognos reporting tools, and Java ∙ Must have extensive experience and proven track record of implementing web-based software applications (preferably health care applications) ∙ Must be familiar with government contracting protocols, especially related to software acquisition and implementation ∙ Must be familiar with the deliverables and documentation associated with government software contracts ∙ Must be expert at implementing applications through the full SDLC lifecycle implementation ∙ Must have strong written and verbal communication skills ∙ Must be able to successfully implement web applications with proven experience in directing multi-locational implementation teams ∙ Must be able to travel occasionally ∙ Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and comfortable presenting to and dealing with all project stakeholders REQUIRED (MINIMUM): Minimum 10+ years’ experience managing software development projects Must have PMP (Project Management Professional) certification Must be very proficient in the use of Microsoft Project Must be US citizenship or possess Green card.
