Role Requirement:
Should be Data Engineering Lead profile and have atleast 10+ years of
experience in Data Technology/ Engineering in AWS environments and must
have hands-on experience in Big Data, Scala, Python, Data Ingestion and in
upcoming AWS Technologies.
Outcomes:
Work with stakeholders and creates quick prototypes of the solution
to define analytics roadmap.
Work with business to understand business domain and convert business
problems into analytics problem
Create or use existing frameworks to test and validate new models
Explain models and put results in easy to interpret manner such that
non-analytic person can understand
Turn data into information that can improve current workflow or
processes that will help to make better business decisions. Generate

Statistical Techniques:
Apply statistical techniques like regression properties of distributions

Creating advanced algorithms:
Create advanced algorithms and statistics using regression simulation
scenario analysis modelling etc.
Data Visualization:
Visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders using: Periscope Business
Objects D3 ggplot etc.
Management and Strategy:
Oversees the activities of analyst personnel and ensures the efficient
execution of their duties.
Critical business insights:
Mines the business’s database in search of critical business insights and
communicates findings to the relevant departments.
Code:
Creating efficient and reusable code meant for the improvement manipulation
and analysis of data.
Version Control:
Manages project codebase through a version control tool like git bitbucket
etc.
Predictive analytics:
Seeks to determine likely outcomes by detecting tendencies in descriptive
and diagnostic analysis
Prescriptive analytics:
Attempts to identify what business action to take
Create Reports:
Create reports depicting the trends and behaviours from the analysed data
Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees

· Native Python development skillset is a must.
· Must have experience in API performance and API security.

The PAM SME is responsible to provide business consultancy services to the
customer- capture the business needs of customer from their end-users,
understand customer business problems and formulate industry business
solutions, build business architecture, develop business storylines for the
technology development team, analyse the data & facts and provides
insights and trends. They are also required to interpret, use and apply
information contained within business architecture to inform a range of
business improvement activities, particularly those involved in the design,
development, enhancement and maintenance of business support functions.
Roles and Responsibilities :

The PAM SME combines many different skills and experiences to address and
solve business, information, and technology related opportunities, and
problems. The ideal candidate is
• 5 years working experience with Investment Accounting/ Order
Management as Business Analyst – with Core Business Groups preferably
experience with leading Asset Management Company
• Demonstrated expertise in PAM, Asset Management, Order management,
and Investment Accounting
• Excellent knowledge in elicitating business requirements through
discussions and effectvely translating user requirements to functional /
non-functional requirements with Business sponsors
• Strong communication skillset and ability to engagge with business
stakeholders as domain experts
• Experienced in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong exposure to tools like JIRA / Confluence
• Ability to run data query data and access the data from database
Good to have skills :
• Good understanding of trade management system.
• Experience in working with customer/user directly
The PAM SME will
• Work with customer and front end users on business requirement
elicitation - (Epics/Stories)
• Participate in activities related to the design, development and
maintenance of the PAM business strategies and enterprise initiatives
• Performance review of daily/monthly close.
• Capturing the business needs from other vendors, front end users
and customer
• Collaborate with other business functional groups within customer
• Run query from data backend SQL applications to triage the reported
incidents and related issues.
• Manage, use and maintain business architecture models
• Facilitate and/or actively participates in meetings related to the
designated project/s, both locally and internationally, with clients and/or
partners.
• Advise and recommend enterprise business strategies, processes and
