You can test out your apps on any phone. Tattoo has a different screen size than the normal sizes available. That might be a little problem for you if you are starting off. But from development point of view, there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to test your apps on a Tattoo. I thought screen size was no longer an issue since 1.6? Or maybe it was 2.0? I thought they added layout managers that adjust to different screen sizes?
