in case youre wondering what this error msg is then look at the log when i first ran it C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platform-toolsadb install faceprevie w-20120218.apk 104 KB/s (11286 bytes in 0.105s) pkg: /data/local/tmp/facepreview-20120218.apk Failure
