Yes, as Danek mentioned, just highlight your project on the Package
Explorer of Eclipse and then do F5. After that you can run your
project by selecting Run-Run-android project

You have to simply reload the project in Eclipse. Click on the project
in the Package explorer on the left and press F5(reload)
