Role : SAP Business Analyst Location : Tempe, AZ Interview : Phone and Skype Duration : 12+ months *Job description* • 9+ years of Relevant SAP Manufacturing & Planning Experience. Hands on experience in implementing 2 SAP Manufacturing & Planning (Material Master and its relation to all modules, BOMs, Routings, Production Orders, Planned Orders, etc). Implementation projects with exposure to LSMWs and ETL (Extraction, Transformation, Loading) related work for Data Conversions • Similar prior experience at Aerospace industry/Client • Solid analytical / problem solving skills • Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective • Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources. Strong client service attitude • Strong organizational and time management skills • Has sound experience in areas/processes like Sales, Deliveries, Transportation & Shipment, Billing, etc. • Exposure to integration with other SAP modules • Experience in co-ordinating with development teams • Basic exposure to ALE, IDOC’s • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills *Job Level Specific Duties* • Analyzes business and user needs, map legacy data to SAP fields, use technical tools to translate data and load to SAP, extract loaded data to validate against SAP • Strong knowledge on using Excel • Develops customized queries • Documents business rules/functional requirements to support data conversions • Ability to physically perform general office requirements. • Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
