i created a custom syncadapter (based on samplesyncadapter) to synchronize contacts with a custom server-application. This works without problems. The only problem is when adding a new contact via contact editor, i cannot select this custom account to save the new contact. When i explore the contact-database i can see that the synchronised contacts have reference to the custom account. So why doesnt the custom account show up in the account-List ?
Furthermore i am synchronizing calendar-events.
