As one of the developers, you will be leading development for projects across ITSM and ITOM as well as working with the whole team on designing the structure of the platform. Independent work will be a large part of the role. You will work in a consultative manner gathering business requirements of internal customers, assessing business needs, and designing and developing solutions.
