We are stuck for the transfert of our appp due to the following reason. We paid a company for the developpment of our App in from November 2015 to March 2016. Recently, due to financial difficulties, the company has been in the process of legal liquidation. The CTO proposed us to create our own developer account in order to transfert the App. Unfortunatly, the CEO changed their developer account name and password. Adding to that the fact that the account is linked to his phone number and personal gmail address, we are now stuck, noone seems to be able to provide the appropriate address / phone number /email address in order to find a solution. Where is it possible to send a request about this issue ? Thank you in advance.
