Hi, Since a few days, we get an increasing number of reports of users that are unable to uninstall multiple of our applications. Often people give a 1 star rating in the market then, is it possible to fix this?
Our users comments are for instance: "Uninstalled it yet still appears as installed with buttons greyed out" "This has been uninstalled from my phone for about a month and the icon won't go away. I'll click it and its like I have it installed." "Its a fun app until you decide to uninstall it. It then shows as installed in the market and seemingly a fixture. Can't get rid of it." This is for 3 different apps, and none of these apps have been forward- locked. We have told some users that emailed us already that they should try rebooting their phone because the market sometimes gets stuck, but that didn't help.
