No, there is no vibration feature. All of the features are defined in the
PackageManager class here:

Not all Android devices have a vibrator -- for example the Xoom doesn't.
There is no vibrate feature, you can't filter your app out from such
devices.
I have no idea what this has to do with multitouch.
