Position - ServiceNow Developer Location - Philadelphia, PA Duration – 6+ months Face to Face Interview H1 ok. We are seeking a senior-level software profession with the ability to develop and maintain a clear vision for NBME's entire ServiceNow product base, including maintaining a consistent model for ServiceNow use across the Enterprise and assurance that all solutions for ServiceNow functionality meet a standard of consistency. The position will coordinate and provide solutions for ServiceNow development and maintenance efforts. Additionally, the individual will be expected to maintain a high degree of communication with NBME's ServiceNow team and to document requirements and solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will: Have expertise in the internals of ServiceNow, it's data model, it's script models, it's service community. Have hands-on experience in the following ServiceNow applications: Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, Workflow, Survey/Assessment and CMDB. Experience with the Knowledge application is a plus. Have hands-on experience implementing complex ServiceNow SLA models and with the computation of business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) from ServiceNow data. Have experience feeding ServiceNow's CMDB with new data in an automated fashion. Have a thorough knowledge of ServiceNow's MIDServer functionality, its configuration, uses and proper maintenance, including having hands-on experience building, configuring, maintaining a MIDServer. Have experience with ServiceNow's REST APIs and with the development of custom ServiceNow applications and APIs. Have experience performing major version upgrades to ServiceNow. (E.g., FujiGeneva, GenevaHelsinki, etc.) Have experience working with both UI15 and UI16 plugins and understands the key differences between them 8.
