Lauderdale, Florida* *Duration : 6 Months+ (Long-Term)* *Candidates for this role must have excellent communication skills* *Strong report development and integration experience* *Workday certification is highly preferred* *Description**:* 3*+ years of experience working and building integrations with Workday HCM systems in a professional environment.* *Expert in building and maintaining inbound/outbound integrations and reports in Workday functional such as WFA, Talent, Benefit, Payroll, Recquisition, Compensation, etc. * *Ability to lead as a technical expert; from gather requirements, design, development, testing though deployement* *Excellent Workday integration skills with Workday setup using Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOFs, Web Services, REST APIs. * *Excellent report writing skills in building reports in all types, Advanced, Matrix, BIRT, Dashboard, etc. - Strong experience in building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to partner with business, HRIS teams including technical and non-technical at all levels Ability to lead offshore technical team in Integration and Reporting area. Act as a gate keeper to ensure the quality of the work from offshore team. Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies Prepare technical documentation and ability to support testing from development till post production supports.
