if you use the release image, it wouldn't have problem booted to login
try to fsck /dev/sdb2 to your rootfs if possible.

By doesn't work I mean it doesn't boot display a login prompt, but
only an orange beagleboard logo.
This happened using the simple beagleboard image.

I followed the steps here to build put an image from narcissus onto
the beagleboard. It worked with the .tar.gz created on the 13th but
not with ones created today.
Anyone else having trouble?
