The unstable feed got emptied about a year ago and only (partially)
repopulated recently.
If you want, you can do:
cd /path/to/OE/tmp/deploy/glibc
sh /path/OE/org.openembedded.dev/contrib/angstrom/upload-packages.sh
That will figure out which packages on your buildmachine aren't in the
feed and upload them and skip the rest. A cronjob will sort them approx
twice a day. You can peruse
http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/aggregator/sources/9 to see what's
new in the feeds (update daily).
