I am trying to make an $http call inside my publicApp.config in order to
retrieve an array of available routes to match with the
$urlMatcherFactoryProvider.

I'm using Ionic and have my app that you can change colors.
When the app loads it will save a default color:red to the database. So I
have a set function to do this.
I then need to get it to load it. So I need to set it then get it.
How do I do this? Do I need to set up the $q service for this?
