I'm afraid you are out of luck then, those 2 frameworks are the only ones I
know that can cope with odata. As odata is 98% used in enterprises it makes
sense that only the paid-for enterprise aimed libraries have support for
it.

You can consume odata, in angular as you can do it with any other
framework. I'm not aware of anything that is tightly coupled to angular.
Perhaps you can look into one of the 3rth party grids, like ag-grid, or
devextreme.
