Good question. Have a good look at this site 
<https://custom-elements-everywhere.com/>. It will highlight the 
compatibility between standard web components, and a load of frameworks. 
Thing is, frameworks that do support this will solve your problem in the 
way you would like. 
Angular is a good candidate because you will be able to create standard 
custom elements with this mid-term (projected V7)
