We have released LibreSSL 3.3.6, 3.4.3, and 3.5.1, which will be
arriving in the LibreSSL directory of your local OpenBSD mirror soon.
They include the following security fix:
* A malicious certificate can cause an infinite loop.

Errata patches for libcrypto bignum have been released for OpenBSD
6.9 and 7.0.
Binary updates for the amd64, i386 and arm64 platform are available
