ln -s ~/Library/Python/3.8/bin/ansible /usr/local/bin/ansible

I am very new to Ansible and i am trying to install Ansible on my MacOS
BigSur.
I followed official guide and tried to install it with following logs.
MacBook-Pro:*~*$* python3 -m pip install --user ansible*
Collecting ansible
Using cached ansible-3.3.0-py3-none-any.whl
