It is fairly easy and uncomplicated. It is only when you write to many
people that you have to make many
disclaimers.

It works by, you suggest a track (which you have done), you volunteer to
build the tracks, which basically
means motivating people to submit presentations.

Later (after CFP), you inform us how you have composed the track, and we
accept the talks. the normal guidelines
are in place, and that is what we control, e.g. no sales pitch.

Next step is that you find the people who should do presentations, and
motivate them to submit a proposal to the CFP system.
