I saw, that some open source projects have got Youtube channels
(copyleftgames, FOSSASIA).
I asked then myself, why apertium has not got one.
I think there could be some interesting things on it

you could work on language pairs (
wiki.apertium.org/wiki/Contributing_to_an_existing_pair) adding vocabulary
or rules.
There are also open tickets you could try to fix
