configure.ac and Makefile.am disagree on what's LANG1 and LANG2. configure.ac claims the pair is ukr-rus, but Makefile.am says rus-ukr. I assume Makefile.am's LANG1 and LANG2 need updating to match configure.ac, but I think this needs looking at by the devs as there's a few places either direction
