Data from Wiktionaries is freely available for non-commercial purposes.
Several Apertium pairs have used them extensively to complete their own
dictionaries. Sure, you can use the Ukrainian, Russian or any other
Wiktionary.

translations.

I assume Makefile.am's LANG1 and LANG2 need updating to match configure.ac,
but I think this needs looking at by the devs as there's a few places
either direction
I'll take care of it.
But, I note that modes.xml says both rus→ukr and ukr→rus are to be
installed - that's intentional? Both directions are release-level usable?
