I did the change below so that preferenes are installed, but
beta.apertium.org is not yet aware of the fact that arg->cat allows
preferences.
Since the last email, I also included support for preferences (only an
option, to begin with) in Aragonese generation in

I pushed the needed changes and I'll check when beta.apertium.org is
updated.
